Rental Kimono and Visiting Dressing

Points to notice

• We can accept only reservations within 6 months.
• After we accept your application to reserve, we will make a reseponse by e-mail for a few days. ( Because we close on every Thursday , we couldn't make a response on Thursday.)
  Sometimes we cannot meet your demands of the time to dress.Please make sure our response.
  I beg your pardon,but please call us or send an e-mail in case our e-mail doesn't come.
• We don't serve the rental kimono service on Wednesday and Thursday.
• Please check your size before you apply.You should check your height , your mesurements of hip or clothes size and your shoe size. We need your correct information to preparing an underwear for you.
• If you would like to rent a set on the day of checking in or out , sometimes it would be not able to dress you . Please ask the hotel that you intend to stay if they have a room for changing your clothes.
• Even if your hotel is not in the list on the link page, sometimes we could serve you our rental kimono service . You had better ask the hotel if our staff is able to enter in your room for dressing. ( It is not able to dress you at accommodations that are not in Kyoto-shi or at our office. )
• Please read 'the Rules of Rental Kimono' and agree to it before you apply.

The Rules of Rental Kimono

Please return a set until 9:00 a.m. in the next morning of renting. If you would be late in time , you should pay a late charge. ( \3000) If you would loose a goods of the set that you rent , sometimes we demand you the damages. If you would terribly stain or break the set , or stain by ink, Indian ink ,paint or deying, you should pay the damages. ( You should not pay for a normal stain by drinks, foods or rain.) Please note that our cancellation policy is of 7 days before the day of renting. If the reservaion is cancelled later , we demand you the charge. ( 6~4 days before the day of renting :30 % of rental fee, 3~1 days before the day of renting: 50 % of rental fee, the day of renting :100 % of rental fee) You should transfer it to the account that we will designate. When a heavy rain warning or a heavy snow warning is announced officially in Kyoto-shi , you could cancell the rental kimono. There will be no penalty. (Please call me or send an e-mail until 1 hour before your dressing time.) You couldn't lend the set that you rent from us to the other people.
